Developers and promoters must register their projects with the respective State RERA authority before advertising or selling properties if the project covers over 500 square meters or includes more than eight apartments across all phases.
Users are responsible for verifying the RERA registration status of projects listed on our platform.
Listings must accurately represent the property and its features.
Users must not post duplicate or misleading listings.
Broker Flats reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these guidelines.
Broker Flats acts as an intermediary platform and is not a party to any transactions between users.
Users are responsible for conducting due diligence and ensuring the legality of transactions.
Broker Flats is not liable for any disputes arising from transactions between users.
All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Broker Flats and is protected by copyright laws.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Broker Flats is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of our platform.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by users.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Broker Flats from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their use of the platform or violation of these terms.
